Through our theme, Finding Extraordinary in the Ordinary, TEDxYouth@SVP aims to showcase how the different aspects of our world are connected. By using a transdisciplinary lens, a variety of systems and subjects will be explored. Shaped by their incredible stories and ideas, our speakers will explore paradigms that will inspire, empower and motivate participants new perspectives.

Arkajiva Ksatria Adhyatma

Arkajiva has been a child who enjoys every meal. He’s never been a picky eater. Growing up, he was often curious, asking questions such as, “Where does the food come from?” or “Who provides us with this delicious food?”. He tried to do a small research on the internet and listened to his father’s experience about Indonesia’s local farmers. The alarming facts regarding the condition and future of local farmers, made him want to make the community aware of the importance of farmer regeneration, especially local farmers in Indonesia.

Jessica Halim

Having a successful career as a graphic designer doesn't stop Jessica from following her huge interest in protecting mother earth. She started everything by herself then continued to influence others in terms of being more mindful to our environment. All environmental problems led Jessica to various innovative and eco-friendly actions. And urban farming is one of her steps to create a better place to live.

Kevin Christian Sanusi

Kevin has always been interested in what it takes to perform at his optimum at school and in life. Through his extensive research, he was surprised to find the extraordinary in the ordinary that quality sleep has such a significant impact on your body. Kevin was surprised to find that a lack of sleep impacts your ability to function at your optimum.

Nastiti Lestari

Journalist
After finishing her bachelor's degree, she continued her study by choosing law as her Master’s degree subject. Now, her flourishing career as a journalist doesn’t stop her from pursuing her PhD in Criminology of the University of Indonesia. Nastiti is a dedicated and experienced journalist with many incredible roles.

Natasha Mannuela

Miss Indonesia & Miss World 2016
Natasha Mannuela is a business economics graduate of Prasetya Mulya University that has always been dreaming to have a good impact and blessings for her surroundings. That dream led her to join the biggest and the oldest beauty contest in the world. She made it to represent Indonesia at and was crowned as the 2nd Runner-up and Miss World Asia 2016. Now she is passionately continuing her career as a model, host and presenter of several TV programs.

Nyoman Wina Panjali Putri

Being a teenager, she is interested in living an extraordinary life through the pursuit of finding her identity and her place in the world. During the pandemic, she experienced a mini identity crisis when she was asked to plan her future through the choices of her diploma subjects. This motivated her to embark on the journey to find herself outside of society’s expectations. Throughout her journey, she realized that she was not the only one facing this issue. Because of this, she wishes to share her journey with the world in hopes that people can learn from her trial and errors, and they too can find the extraordinary within themselves.

Paskalia Prameswari Wardhani

Fine Artist
After finishing her study majoring Fine Art in Lasalle Singapore, Imes continues her journey in creating art pieces which portray her memory and paths. She named the creative process as a form of therapy. Her artworks are the realisation of issues related to mental health, coping mechanisms, depicting emotions within human beings, or even objectification of women's bodies.

Raphael Gerald Setiawan

Raphael is an ordinary 8th Grade student who dreams of becoming an entrepreneurial superstar in the near future. His journey through life is like reading an unfinished book, with unclear passions; interests both taken and left. Although his journey has started small he continues to dream big. Though much of his story is still left unwritten, he hopes to create a new and bright saga of self discovery for those whose struggles are similar to the ones he faces.

Rowland Asfales

Co-Founder Pijakbumi
Having experienced 5 times failed, Asfales went the extra mile in establishing Pijakbumi until being on roll in the worldwide market. He is fully motivated to create better products considering sustainability aspects and puts an eye on gaining a competitive edge in business development.

Tristan Theodore Axl Utomo

Axl Utomo is a tenth-grade student studying at Sekolah Victory Plus. Axl has always been closes to his dad out of all the members of his family and when the worst happened and he had lost his dad, the world he knew and loved fell apart. However, from how he looks at life and what his dad and family members had thought him, he was able to bounce back from this devastating experience.
