Aleisha Fiona Nurfirman

Leadership Development Specialist at Gojek, Youth Advisor at Spark Indonesia, and CEO at Relearn Indonesia.
Aleisha is passionate about powering people and career development. She finds joy in educating early professionals and youths about the importance of having purpose and perseverance as part of their development journey -- be it personal, or professional. Through this passion and belief, Aleisha found a well-balanced portion of her passion being contributed in her current role as a Leadership Development Specialist at Gojek, Youth Advisor at Spark Indonesia, and CEO at Relearn Indonesia. She believes in the ability to touch the lives of millions when the meaningful purpose is converted into meaningful work

Amanda Witdarmono

Chief of Teachers’ Initiatives at Zenius
Amanda Witdarmono is a teacher at heart and has never really left school. She now leads the various teachers’ empowerment programs in Zenius Education as the Chief of Teachers' Initiatives, bridging teachers in Indonesia and technology so they could complement each other in realizing a more meaningful classroom learning experience. She has been in the teachers' development field for more than five years, starting with her founding WetheTeachers out of her master's thesis, and through the work, she has visited tens of schools in various pockets in Indonesia. Amanda did her bachelors in Elementary Education in Boston University and her masters in Education Development in Columbia University in Teachers' College. Her favorite teaching experience was when she taught in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

Ardya Dipta

Data Lead at Gojek
Dipta is a leader in data analytics at Gojek where he leads a team of data scientists and analysts to boost business efficiency and safety across the platform. He is passionate about solving problems by leveraging advanced analytics and growing tech talent in Indonesia, where he actively gives speeches and mentorships in youth communities. Formerly, he was a data science part-time consultant at The World Bank and Lead Data Scientist at Amartha. Dipta had spent 4 years in the US, pursuing a master's degree in robotics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, and then worked at Caterpillar and CMU as a robotics engineer, where he built self-driving vehicles. His passion for AI and robotics has grown since his undergrad study in electrical engineering in ITB, where he won a national and international competition in robotics.

Carmelita Binka Putri Ayu

Founder and Director of Berkesah
Carmelita recently graduates from the Faculty of Social and Political Science in Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Communications with Public Relations concentration. Carmelita grew up in a society where she is expected to rationalize life events through her own looking glass. As such, she discovered fairly early in her journey that connecting the dots in her surroundings and learning how certain phenomena happen is her forte. Carmelita is the founder and director of Berkesah, a management consulting and coaching service provider as well as a self-help platform for Gen-Z. Through her work at Berkesah, Carmelita strives to build a community where she helps people shift their perspectives for the better while respecting each other in the process.

Nur Azizah Maharani

Management Student
Rani is currently learning Management in Bandung Institute of Technology, as a final year student. Along with working on her final defense, she is also working on several projects as a freelance writer. Years of indulging herself in literature, including with several publications and notable achievements, Rani has been developing a new life path to keep developing her writing skill without forgetting to pursue her true dreams. In 2019, she received Ganesha Rasa, annual award from Bandung Institute of Technology, for her past achievement.
