Jen Hunter relishes her role as the senior manager for the Deloitte Greenhouse in Ottawa. She is known around the world for the zest she brings to her engagements! Central to this are her passion for people, relationships, leadership and our planet. Jen brings a breadth and depth to her work that is exciting and sometimes even a little scary. Her over 25 years experience in facilitating change, includes speaking at IAF, Berlin Change Days, Fair Trade Day, Systems Thinking in Action, as well as board roles, teaching at college, being a tech executive, running federally and starting two companies. Jen loves life and it shows!

Lynette Horton is passionate about understanding and fostering the conditions necessary to disrupt the status quo, spark innovation, spur alignment, and create tangible and lasting results. With hundreds of experiences under her belt, she is constantly applying the learnings of why companies get stuck, crafting methods that unlock opportunities, and facilitating immersive, interactive sessions that accelerate the time to move leaders from a state of organizational uncertainty and inertia, to one of action. ...
