Theme: Learn to Lead

The event is organized by a group of Vinschool teachers and students. The overall objective is to provide young people an opportunity to share their ideas in front of local community. Their speeches are linked to how they understand leadership and why it is important. The speakers are going to share their own leadership experience, how it helps them to be a better person and the benefits it offers for the community.

Duc Minh Nguyen

Duc Minh - a 12-year-old student from Vinschool Harmony, who enjoys reading novels, playing and watching sports, watching movies and playing video games. He enjoys researching about newly introduced technologies around the world, which have inspired him to become a leader in the field.

Ha Linh Nguyen Vu

Ha Linh - a 10-year-old shy and introverted girl. As an introvert, she enjoys listening to music, reading books and doing DIYs. She believes that being quiet is a strength that could help her to become a successful leader.

Ha Phuong Nguyen Thi

Ha Phuong - a-15-year old from Vinschool Times CIty, who loves seeing people around her express who they are, and showcase their unique personalities to the community. She adores reading literature compositions and collecting art. She has ambitions to publish books globally.

HyeWon Kang

HyeWon Kang - 15-year-old student from TH school. Fluent in four languages: Korean, English, Mandarin and Vietnamese. She finds psychology and business administration fascinating, and is dreaming to become a CEO of a company to support teenagers who suffer and feel lost from depression.

Minh Anh - a 15 years old boy, currently studying at Concordia Hanoi. In his spare time he enjoys reading non-fiction books, and spending time with his close friends. He is curious to explore the wonders of the Earth and what the world has to offer. Ambitious to become a cardiologist, so that he can help people with heart-related problems.

Minh Chau Pham

Minh Chau - a 13-year-old girl, and a Vinser from Metropolis School. She loves baking, playing the ukulele and discussing social issues. She believes that there are so many wonderful things waiting to be discovered around us, and wants to pursue her dreams of becoming a social media influencer to spread a positive message to others

Minh Thanh - a 10-year-old girl, who enjoys illustrating, writing stories and creating vlogs. She dreams to become a movie director to deliver meaningful messages through film. Also, she is a believer that we can lead ourselves to a brighter future.

Phuong Anh Nguyen Ngoc

Phuong Anh - a 16-year-old reading and writing enthusiast. She is passionate about exploring new territories, doing what she loves, and challenging herself to step out of the comfort zone.

Thanh Phuong Le

Thanh Phuong - a 16-year-old student at Vinschool Times City, who is upset by how prejudices and stereotypes mar the beauty of life. She believes that everyone should have equal rights, and that no individual should be disadvantaged in society. She wants people to value themselves and go beyond their limits.

Thanh Vinh - a 12-year-old and a Vinser from Times City, who enjoys listening to BTS to relieve stress. Passionate about helping people by talking with those who are having problems, and is motivated to inspire others to become leaders.
