She is a YCIS alumni and Biological Sciences student at Imperial College London, especially intrigued by the influence of epigenetics and microbiology on human health. Having recognised that climate change adversely affects health alongside other fundamentals of life, she is now a part of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps aiming to encourage climate action in her community.
Associate Professor
Elton holds a Doctorate degree in Missiology and a Master degree in Intercultural Studies. He is an associate professor at Yan Fook Theological Seminary. When he was 26, he became a pioneer missionary in Japan. During the 311 Triple Disaster in Japan, he led disaster relief teams in Japan to lend aid to the victims of the disasters there. Elton has over 10-years of experience in intercultural leadership.
Transmedia Astronomer + Astro-Musician
Exodus CL Sit is a Transmedia Astronomer and Astro-Musician from Hong Kong. Currently he is the National Astronomy Education Coordinator of International Astronomical Union, and national delegation of International Dark-sky Association, Astronomers Without Borders and Aurora Association. He has been the Chairperson of HKUST Astronomy Club since 2017. It inspired him by facilitating social innovation on promoting dark-sky protection and popular science as the Vice-President of Starrix. He also takes advantage of “1-minute Astronomy” channel to share his astrophotos and stargazing etiquette. By integrating Science and Arts, his composed ASTRO Music had become “The First Cantonese Song to Edge of Space”.

Ringo Chu is an unorthodox and young successful entrepreneur living by the motto of “doing it for fun”. He has a double degree in psychology, and geography, and is currently studying a master’s degree in Law as a pursuit of his own personal curiosity. He is also the founder of Edsphere, a tutoring centre brand teaching IB ESS, Psychology, TOK, and more. Victor Wong
Digital Visual Pioneer
Victor Wong from Hong Kong is renowned for his movie effects. His work stretches across paintings, sculptures, tech-art, animation, film and recently artificial intelligence. Most of his work aims to blend new technology with Chinese philosophy about nature. His work won numerous International Design Awards including The New York Festival Awards, Tokyo JIAA Advertising Awards, Hong Kong Film Awards, The Golden Horse Awards, etc. He is now promoting his new art-movement “Tech-Ink” globally. Wong was awarded as “MARTELL Artist of the Year 2019 (Asia)”.
Lecturer
Wai-man Tang received his PhD in anthropology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. His current research is on South Asian sports, kabaddi, with the focus on two aspects: the cultural politics of worlding kabaddi, and kabaddi as a tool for intercultural education in Hong Kong. He engages people of different ethnic backgrounds in this sport and investigates the impact of this sport on the intercultural competence of the participants.
