Theme: If Not Now, When?

This event occurred on
September 1, 2019
Melbourne, Victoria
Australia

It’s always scary to make the jump. In the moments that matter most, what really defines us is our choices. When we’re standing on the edge, the only thought resonating in our head would be “What if I fall?”. This fear holds us back from crossing the line between where we are today to where we can get unless we are courageous enough to jump.

Let’s make our first instinct a positive one. During that moment on the edge, let’s think about the split second when you’d be flying, with deafening heartbeats, only to land on the side you once thought impossible. And then, let’s make the jump.

Because when it feels scary to jump, that’s exactly when you jump. If not now, when?

TEDxMonashUniversity proudly presents you with "If Not Now, When?". We hope to see you and all your friends on 1st September 2019.
