Theme: Breaking Barriers

This event occurred on
February 2, 2018
Kolkata, West Bengal
India

All of us have some insecurities or limitations which stop us from realising our potential. All we need is a small step in the right direction which can help us overcome the obstacles on our path. The speakers at TEDxJadavpurUniversity will encourage fresh ideas to inspire and motivate the audience, celebrate the freedom of expression and showcase what it takes to break barriers.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).
