Metamorphosis (metaphor!) – The changing state of that man needs to go in search of livelihood, keeping the lights along the unknown path to improve their condition at all levels.

In 4th Edition TEDxLuanda are all invited to do an exercise around ourselves, an inner journey to realize that the path that we are following is the change.

We challenge the abandonment of the comfort zone to go explore new perspectives without forgetting the starting point; as we adapt to the constant changes and we go over the rigorously using all available resources for the continuation of the community.

The transformation is required, an evolutionary assumption whose most powerful tool is the man and the woman with the creative and active genius. We are memory, perspective and action!

Let’s go together the way, making a safe journey to the future of the community, creating men and women eager for change, able to adapt to any environment and situation.

Growing up without fear of making mistakes, exercising with obstacles along the cumin to open doors to new ways of being and being; do and think. Changing paradigms is necessary, but without losing focus because it takes look inside and work out good practice with what and who surrounds us.

The resources are exhaustible, but it is necessary to dream, to achieve, to the continuity of the community composed of beings capable. We need to adapt to continued growth, contributing in the context of the universe – Metamorphosis.
