The main goal of the event is to create and stimulate interaction among employees either in person or online and to build up a new way of communicating ideas within the organization. The goal of the first event was to show what people are in love with and inspire by example. We have focused not on corporate experiences, but in life experiences. And it brought to the company a feeling of “There is life inside the organization.” TEDxSantander brought forth the pride feeling of working in Banco Santander and now we will repeat the experience in other regions than Sao Paulo, such as TEDx Santander - RJ
